If your receive an incorrect or damaged order, please notify our customer service team immediately in order to receive a full replacement, repair or exchange of your purchase. The item must be shipped back to us at the customers expense if it is a return, or we will cover up to 15$ of shipping for a repair. Our team's mission is to maintain customer satisfaction, we will work together in order to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Visual proof of the damage or error will be required.
Our mission is to keep our customers happy! In the unlikely event that their is a problem with an order, please contact our support team immediately to swiftly resolve the issue.
In the event that the customer would like to return their order, a 50% industry standard, re-fabrication fee will be required for all custom made jewelry. This is due to the personalized nature of the order. All return claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, with the item still unused and unopened.
